Delivery Details
Don't worry about your deliveries, we only use recognized couriers and our preferred logistics partner is Parcel Force where we have managed to negotiate subsidised delivery rates.
We process all orders Friday and despatch on Tuesday and it is our responsibility to process your order within 5 working days.
In addition to this please allow for the relevant delivery timescale as follows;
Mainland Europe: Parcel Force Euro 48 normally 2 days
North America: Parcel Force International Scheduled normally 5 - 7 days
Rest of World: Parcel Force International Scheduled normally 7 -14 days
BFPO: Parcel Force BFPO Service normally 10-14 days

Your responsibility is to make sure that you have given the correct delivery address on your order, as this is where we will be sending your order and to ensure that someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery.

BFPO: 30kg Special Delivery Rate
Due to courier restrictions some lightweight bulky items (such as crisps) may need to be calculated in addition to the above and an additional carriage charge may result.
